We are based in Michigan proudly, in Macomb, Wayne, and Oakland County currently, but we are unsure what the future may bring do to our honest, genuine and dependable work of those who are in need of our assistants today. Our background comes from nothing but love of nursing and the pleasure of helping those in need.

Everyone who’s affiliated with Evolving Home Health Care Services are sure to be well qualified and trained for their position in our business. All employees are under a watchful eye of the federal and state regulations and accepted stands of practice, while remaining in compliance with the home health policies and procedures.

All of our clients from day one our treated with respect and gratitude. Each client, at the time of admission will go over a plan of care with his/her team. We feel our clients are owed the dignity of his/her care plan. Clients and also persons of authority will discuss the wants or wishes of routine to ensure the most absolute comfort of our client. This procedure is done before any plan of care or agreement is official. We are very big on our clients having the right to be free from mental, physical, sexual and verbal abuse, neglect and exploitation. We are very huge on our clients privacy and HIPAA Laws.

We takes great pride once again in our company being nothing but honest, genuine and dependable! With only time to get better! With the background of nursing, we always had a heart of giving back. With being in the field of nursing for years and even taking care of close relatives of our own, we thought it would be nothing short of a wonderful idea to start up our own honest, loving business in the field.
